3x-7y=5

9y=5x+5
-5x+9y=5

3x-7y=-5x+9y
8x=16y
x=16y/8
x=2y

3(2y)-7y=5
-1y=5
y=-5

-5(9)=5x+5
-45-5=5x
x=-10
