Method 1: By Listing Multiples

List out all multiples of each number, and find the first common one.

Multiples of 2

: 2, 4, 6 ... 26, 28, 30, ...

Multiples of 5

: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, ...

Multiples of 6

: 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, ...

Therefore, the LCM is 303030.

Method 2: By Prime Factors

List all prime factors of each denominator, and find the union of these primes.

Prime Factors of 2

: 2

Prime Factors of 5

: 5

Prime Factors of 6

: 2, 3

Therefore, the LCM is 2×3×5=30.

LCM = 30
