Well, you would need to do 195x4 and you would get 780, I believe. So 780 divided by 4 is 195.

Round it to what it asks you to round.

This question is weird, because there is a long decimal as an answer. If the question was "What number is divided by 4 and equal to 195?" then it would be a whole number (780) but this question asks for a different answer.
