You haven't given us any direction. Velocities have directions as they are vectors. Vectors have both magnitudes and directions.

I'm assuming you want the constant speed.

Speed = Distance / Time

Therefore:

Speed = (305 km) / (5 hours)

= (5 x 61 km) / ( 5 hours)

= 61 km per hour

Its average SPEED is 61 km/hr. We have no way to say anything about its velocity because we have no information describing its direction of travel.
