Languages are taught to you as you grow up. Language typically does not come naturally because if a kid had no outside influences the kid wouldn't be able to learn a language. Basically no standard english does not come to naturally as a child.
I think English can’t just come naturally to you because you would’ve done something to accomplish it for example a lot of people read so then they become better at English. I really hope this helped answer you question!
